Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Production, and R&D to implement new strategies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on new processes and equipment.

Responsibilities
  1. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing systems and processes, focusing on enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
  2. Collaborating with the product development team to design new products and make modifications to existing ones.
  3. Creating and analyzing layouts of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization to maximize efficiency.

  7. A proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
  8. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
  9. An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
