CPS, Inc. in the Memphis area is looking for a hands-on Process Engineering Manager to lead process improvements and capital projects in a chemicals manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for driving safe, reliable and cost-effective solutions on site.

The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background with Six Sigma and Lean experience, plus a proven track record in managing capital projects and leading teams in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering degrees may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing capital projects.
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• No visa sponsorship is available for this position.

Responsabilidades

Located just 23 minutes north of Memphis, Tennessee, our client is a global chemical manufacturer seeking a hands‑on Process Engineering Manager to lead process improvement initiatives and support capital projects. Salary: $130,000 - $135,000
