Job Description
As part of the SMT Engineering team, assume manufacturing process ownership for Surface Mount Technology at the New Braunfels site, including solder paste printing, microdispensing/underfill, electronic component placement, and inspection processes for new products. Initiate and lead manufacturing continuous improvement activities to meet and exceed goals for safety, quality, productivity, scrap reduction, and uptime.
