The purpose of this role is to improve permanent magnet manufacturing processes and other systems, to address safety and increase productivity. This role will be responsible for providing and implementing engineering solutions, including supporting automation projects aimed to increase magnet fabrication efficiency.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the manufacturing field. Proficiency is needed in the following areas:

• Principles of mechanical engineering and industrial machining equipment
• Computer-aided design (CAD)
• Automation or mechatronics technologies
• Data acquisition and processing
