We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team and drive improvements in manufacturing processes. This role focuses on developing efficient production methods, designing for manufacturability, and optimizing secondary processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Work on quoting, process improvements, and design for manufacturability.
• Utilize knowledge of secondary processing (heat treat, coating, anodizing, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering OR 4+ years with a 4-year degree.
• Background in lapping, assembly, and machining preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
