Job Description

Aegis is seeking a manufacturing engineer to join our client's organization. The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in a continuous improvement focused role
• Experience in a production environment driving lean manufacturing processes
• CI/process improvements experience and proactive communication skills
• Hands-on experience with automation equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience commissioning, implementing, and troubleshooting CAPEX projects
• Lean Sigma certification
• Industry experience in plastics, specifically injection molding or polymer extrusions
