Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing / Process Engineer to join a growing manufacturing operation in Newcomerstown, Ohio. This is not a traditional desk-based engineering position. The ideal candidate is an assertive, technically strong go-getter who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving problems, improving equipment and processes, and seeing projects through from concept to implementation.

You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment running effectively, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop projects that make the operation safer, more efficient, and more productive.
