Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, 2D CAD, and solid modeling.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and create manufacturing processes within an industrial setting.
  • Assess manufacturing capacity and establish production timetables.
  • Assist in design, production, modification, and assessment of procedures (machining, forming, plastics, welding, brazing, assembly).
  • Collaborate with planning and design teams on product design and tooling.
  • Coordinate with vendors on specifications and purchases; evaluate products against standards.
