This role focuses on converting real‑world work into clear, accurate, and usable documentation—including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Visual Work Instructions (VWIs), and related materials that support safety, quality, training, and operational consistency. This is a highly collaborative, hands‑on role that blends time on the manufacturing floor with structured documentation, systems thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration. The position is ideal for a curious, detail‑oriented individual interested in manufacturing, quality, and safety.
