Job summary

  • B.S. or equivalent work experience, or any combination of education and experience.
  • Previous management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams responsible for the delivery of internal products, administrative systems, or department-level initiatives.
  • Oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage overall coordination of resources to meet project deadlines and requirements effectively.
  • Organize project activities and inter-departmental meetings to ensure clear communication and on-time, on-budget completion.
  • Interface with internal customers and department personnel to align project outcomes with business needs.
  • Assign and monitor the work of technical personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions and objectives.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the project/program function.
  • Drive process improvements across project and administrative workflows.
  • Investigate and recommend process changes to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
  • Balance internal customer and company needs in support of the organization's mission.
  • Provide planning and budgeting resources for assigned programs/projects.
  • Develop project proposals and present them to senior management for review.
  • Monitor program/project progress, relay concerns proactively, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
