Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Project/Program Manager to coordinate a wide range of projects across manufacturing engineering, operations, and development. You will adapt quickly as priorities shift, stand up new lines, track KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions. You’ll translate technical discussions into actionable plans and help scale our processes and footprint.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing program management, strong analytics, and clear communication. A U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field.
2+ years in manufacturing with project/program management, data analysis, or process improvement.
Ability to translate technical discussions into action items, schedules, and owners.
Adaptability across diverse project types and quick learning.
Strong numerical thinking and data modeling skills.
Clear written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, schedules, and manage phases from conception to completion.
Develop costs, staffing, and tooling requirements; manage staffing and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and update stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to solve production issues and harmonize processes locally and globally.
Translate technical talks into concrete action items, owners, and timelines.
