Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of related work experience or training.
• Lean Six Sigma or FMEA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in industry groups and manage engineering projects from start to finish.
• Develop action plans and resource estimates for projects.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing progress and costs.
• Lead CAE tool usage (SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, Minitab).
• Apply engineering standards and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Lead design group during conceptual phase and conduct project meetings.
