Job summary

WoodMaster Portable Buildings is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily plant production, manufacturing, transportation, and scheduling. The role focuses on maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while aligning operations with business goals.

You will lead a team, develop processes, and collaborate with supply chain to ensure timely material availability. The position requires 8+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages all aspects of manufacturing plant operations ensuring timely production of high-quality products.
• Trains, leads and develops the Assistant Plant Manager and Plant Maintenance.
• Oversees training, mentoring, and coaching of plant team members.
• Collaborates with supply chain and procurement to ensure materials availability.
• Implements SOPs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Develops and oversees production plans and schedules to meet demand.
• Manages scheduling, delivery, and installation and ensures strong customer service.
