Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of planning experience; substitution allowed for equivalent experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing planning principles and related systems; ability to learn planning tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication; ability to interpret data and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Input, prepare and monitor short and long-range production schedules; coordinate with materials.
• Develop and oversee manufacturing work orders aligned with MRP requirements; advise on actions.
• Investigate issues, assess parts/products, and provide input on processes and technologies.
• Process work orders and dispositions per ECOs; ensure stock and WIP alignment.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports; identify variances and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with quality, purchasing, engineering and inventory control groups.
