Hendrickson is seeking a skilled Scheduler/Materials Planner to coordinate production scheduling with manufacturing, procurement and shipping teams to meet on-time delivery goals. This role emphasizes data integrity, ERP/MRP accuracy and efficient execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing environments, AS400 or ERP systems, and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Formación

• Material/Planning experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in MRP and Supply Chain management (procurement, production control, shipping, receiving, transportation).
• Experience with supplier management, supplier improvement, cost reductions and corrective actions.
• Experience with team leadership, team building and participation.
• Experience with change management, problem determination and project management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, KANBAN/KAIZEN principles.
• AS400 Mainframe, Microsoft Office, queries and report writing.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures MRP data integrity and maintains vendor files and work order releases.
• Reviews requisitions and prepares purchase orders; maintains procurement records.
• Collaborates with quality and vendors to resolve defects and drive corrective actions.
• Backups QOS metrics: supplier delivery, forecast accuracy, working capital.
• Participates in continuous improvement teams from Team Leader to participant.
• Performs MRO and PO entry and receipt; supports shipping/receiving as needed.
