Responsibilities

• Plan and control high complexity manufacturing line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constraints.
• Own tool configuration and slotting; approve and allocate NPMA activities.
• Drive line performance metrics: OTD, EOP, CT, SOE and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate manufacturing capacity fulfillment and training period allocation.
• Plan field support activities and be main contact to Product Support and R&D teams.
• Manage retrofit projects and plan Home Tools support activities.
• Determine manufacturing capacity needs and plan overall manufacturing activity at the field.
• Oversee Option build plan cycles and ensure alignment with production goals.
