Responsibilities

• Plan and control high complexity manufacturing multiple line scheduling, considering business demands, manufacturing & material constraints.
• Own tool configuration & slotting; approve and allocate NPMA.
• Design efficient line layouts focusing on responsiveness, inventory, and workload balance.
• Monitor line performance and drive improvements in KPIs like OTD, EOP, CT, SOE.
• Support manufacturing capacity planning and training period allocation.
• Coordinate field support activities and act as main contact to Product Support teams.
• Coordinate Home Tools support activities and R&D needs with main contacts to R&D teams.
• Manage Option build plan cycles.
