You will collaborate with Manufacturing Planning & Production, Pilot, R&D, Purchasing and Quality to maintain manufacturing flow and accuracy.

The role emphasizes cGMP/FDA compliant documentation, ERP system usage, and cross-departmental coordination, with exposure to Navision, RedZone, and AFP planning tools.

Qualifications

• Production/planning experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP applications.
• Ability to learn Navision, RedZone and AFP production planning systems.
• Fluent in English and good cross-departmental communications skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Available to work overtime and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage cGMP/FDA compliant batch records and MMRs through review for Production.
• Check production orders for accuracy, format, run size, priority, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Pilot, R&D, Planning, and Quality to ensure compliant batch records.
• Check lots for deviated materials, adjust batches, and maintain deviation database.
• Generate deviations for materials and manage inventory for shortages and expiration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Threshold management.
• Develop product rework MMRs with Pilot, MFG, and Quality.

Job Details

Job Location: Scotts Valley Headquarters - Scotts Valley, CA 95066, Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Summary of Job Duties

Work closely with the Manufacturing Planning & Production, Pilot, R&D, Purchasing and Quality departments to expedite the flow of quality work orders into manufacturing. Manage raw materials.

Specific Job Duties

• Create and manage cGMP/FDA compliant batch records/MMR’s throughout the review process to Production, including RedZone and Intellect requirements as needed.
• Check production orders for accuracy and format, run size, priority, and assign and manage inventory.
• Work with Pilot, R&D, Planning, Quality departments to assure correct, compliant batch records/MMR’s.
• Check lots for deviated materials, adjust batches as needed, and maintain deviation database.
• Generate deviations as needed for materials, manage order inventory for shortages and expiration dates.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.
• Develop product rework MMRs in coordination with Pilot, MFG, and Quality departments

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Production/planning experience
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP applications
