Job summary

Threshold-Enterprise in Scotts Valley, CA, is seeking a production planning professional to accelerate the flow of quality work orders into manufacturing. You will manage raw materials, create and review cGMP/FDA compliant batch records and MMRs, and ensure accuracy of production orders and formats.

You will collaborate with Pilot, R&D, Planning and Quality to maintain compliant batch records, check deviations, and generate additional records as needed.

Qualifications

• Production/planning experience is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP applications is essential.
• Ability to learn Navision, RedZone and AFP production planning systems.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate across departments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check production orders for accuracy, format, run size, and priority.
• Coordinate with Pilot, R&D, Planning, Quality to ensure compliant batch records.
• Check lots for deviated materials and adjust batches; maintain deviation database.
• Generate deviations as needed for materials and manage shortages/expiration dates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Threshold management.

Summary of Job Duties: Work closely with the Manufacturing Planning & Production, Pilot, R&D, Purchasing and Quality departments to expedite the flow of quality work orders into manufacturing. Manage raw materials.Specific Job Duties:Create and manage cGMP/FDA compliant batch records/MMR’s throughout the review process to Production, including RedZone and Intellect requirements as needed.Check production orders for accuracy and format, run size, priority, and assign and manage inventory.Work with Pilot, R&D, Planning, Quality departments to assure correct, compliant batch records/MMR’s.Check lots for deviated materials, adjust batches as needed, and maintain deviation database.Generate deviations as needed for materials, manage order inventory for shortages and expiration dates.Perform all other duties as assigned by Threshold management.Develop product rework MMRs in coordination with Pilot, MFG, and Quality departmentsMinimum Qualifications Required:Production/planning experienceKnowledge of Excel and ERP applicationsAbility to learn and apply Navision, RedZone and AFP production planning systems.Fluent in English and good cross-departmental communications skillsExperience with Microsoft office and related applicationsAvailable to work overtime and weekendsSkills and/or Training Desired:Navision experience a plusAttention to detail and good written and verbal communication skillsMust be ready and willing to work with a fast-paced production teamStrong Math and problem-solving skills
