Qualifications

3+ years of payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) for payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes and multi-state compliance.
Experience with time and attendance systems and integration with payroll.

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
Administer and reconcile payroll-related benefits such as 401k and health insurance.
Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping.
Collaborate with HR and production management on timecard approvals and discrepancies.
