Qualifications

• 3+ years processing payroll for 500+ employees in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for all hourly and salaried employees with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage timekeeping system, verify hours, and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Calculate and remit payroll deductions, taxes, benefits, and garnishments in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports by deadlines.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and GL entries, resolving discrepancies.
• Administer new hire setup, employee changes, and terminations in the payroll system.
• Generate payroll reports for management, HR and finance.
