• Experience using Workday for payroll or related HR processes.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end payroll for 700+ hourly manufacturing employees.
• Review timekeeping data, attendance, overtime, and pay adjustments for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain payroll data in Workday.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and operations to ensure accurate inputs.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and follow controls.
• Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, audits, and improvements.
• Stay current on payroll procedures and wage-and-hour requirements.
