Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Manufacturing Packer in Freehold, NJ, for an in-person, full-time role with $16.00 per hour. You will pack and inspect finished goods, monitor machinery, and uphold quality and safety on the production floor, with opportunities for training and advancement.

The position offers 1st and 2nd shifts, hands-on training, and a stable, team-focused environment in a growing manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stay on your feet for full shift.

Responsibilities

• Package and inspect finished goods following established procedures.
• Keep an eye on machinery to make sure product is flowing correctly.
• Uphold quality and safety expectations on the production floor.
• Track and report on production data, downtime, and machine issues; partner with QC on room clearances and approvals.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safety compliant.
• Bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow within the role

A growing, well established manufacturing company known for quality and precision is looking to add Production Packers to their team. This is a great chance to join a company that invests in its people and offers a stable, hands on role with room to advance.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift, Mon-Thu: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift, Mon-Thu: 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM

Responsibilities:

• Package and inspect finished goods following established procedures
• Keep an eye on machinery to make sure product is flowing correctly
• Uphold quality and safety expectations on the production floor
• Track and report on production data, downtime, and machine issuesPartner with the Quality Control team on room clearances and approvals
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety compliant
