Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Freehold, New Jersey. You’ll work on a production line, inspect, weigh, and package finished products, and monitor packaging equipment to ensure quality.

We value reliable attendance, the ability to stand for extended periods, and readiness to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements. No prior packaging experience is required, but manufacturing experience is a plus.

We are hiring a Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility.

You’ll work on a production line, inspect, weigh, and package finished products, monitor equipment, and make sure products meet quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Package finished products according to production procedures
• Inspect and weigh products for accuracy
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment
• Work at different production stations as needed
• Check products for quality and report issues
• Keep the production area clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Complete required training
