Job summary

Anduril Industries in Columbus, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Optimization Manager to drive the Anduril Production System across US sites. You will develop lean manufacturing systems, coach frontline leaders, and build tools to raise operational performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires 5+ years on a shop floor, LEAN/Six Sigma knowledge, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance. Travel up to 50% may be required for cross-site collaboration and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on a shop floor leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN, 5S and Six Sigma to eliminate waste.
• Experience scaling products from NPI to high volume.
• Proven ability to develop standard work for frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a scalable manufacturing system aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Integrate cross-functional teams into joint problem solving and action plans.
• Standardize processes and templates across Operations.
• Coach Managers and Supervisors through daily Gemba and daily management.
• Develop dashboards and tools to improve visibility and decision speed.
