Job summary

Braincube is seeking an Optimization Engineer to collaborate with customer teams, translating operational challenges into actionable improvement plans and delivering measurable gains in uptime, throughput, and quality.

You will work across sites with cross-functional teams, applying Manufacturing Excellence, Six Sigma, and data science concepts to drive digital transformation and sustained value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience applying DMAIC and process variability reduction.
• Expertise in Statistical Process Control (control charts, centerlines, process stability).
• Strong data analysis and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives with leadership and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead plant-floor to executive engagements translating challenges into plans.
• Diagnose operational challenges using CI methodologies (DMAIC, Six Sigma).
• Provide analytical and technical insight to reduce variability and improve performance.
• Lead deployment and ensure alignment across technical and product teams.
• Assess digital maturity and identify transformation opportunities across sites.
• Drive adoption and value realization in operating environments.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion with Account Executives on technical discussions and value.
• Deliver training and best-practice guidance to customers.
• Develop documentation and enable scalable customer enablement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
