Job summary

Braincube is seeking an Optimization Engineer to help customers achieve measurable business results from onboarding through deployment and expansion. You will work with customer teams to translate objectives into actionable improvements and collaborate with cross-functional groups to maximize uptime, throughput, and quality.

You’ll engage across sites, advising on digital maturity, Manufacturing Excellence, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Identify needs and drive outcomes despite ambiguity.
• DMAIC, gap planning, and reducing process variability.
• Statistical Process Control: control charts and centerlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer leadership to define objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead engagements from plant floor to executive level with actionable plans.
• Diagnose operational challenges using DMAIC and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide analytical and technical expertise to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Lead solution deployment ensuring alignment between stakeholders and teams.
• Assess digital maturity and identify digital transformation opportunities across sites.
• Drive adoption and value realization by helping customers scale solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion through technical discussions with Account Executives.
• Deliver training and best-practice guidance to build customer proficiency.
• Develop documentation and resources to support scalable enablement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
