Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Beginner level use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Observe and analyze production processes for efficiency, quality and safety.
• Collect and analyze operational data from production activities.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with plant priorities.
• Prepare reports and present findings to plant leadership.
