Job summary

UFP Factory Built in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Production Management Trainee to learn plant operations and manufacturing processes under mentoring guidance. You will gain hands-on experience with product costing, scheduling, and reporting while supporting continuous improvement and safety programs.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, adherence to company policies, and development of administrative and operational skills within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheets is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training.
• Learns how to operate the Company’s business system to perform required administrative functions.
• Develops detailed knowledge of product costing and production scheduling processes.
• Supervises activities in line with Company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Prepares various reports as required and assists with continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
