Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent GED and 4 years of related production experience.
1 year of experience leading projects or teams.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance or be eligible.
Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance when required.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and manufacturing operations of 10–15 technicians.
Coordinate and lead operations start-up meetings.
Daily resource planning to meet customer and schedule demand.
Collaborate with production scheduling to meet schedule requirements.
Ensure tools, plans, people and materials are available to complete workload.
Report production KPIs to site leadership.
Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions on safety and quality incidents.
Mentor, train, and develop staff including performance management.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, delivery, quality and cost.
