Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system required.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of supervisors to ensure timely production while maintaining safety, service levels, cost and quality.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements within budgets.
• Set KPI’s and drive continuous improvement initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
