Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team and drive production excellence.

You will oversee supervisors, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and implement Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency across the plant. The role requires a proven track record in facility operations, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of supervisors to ensure timely production while meeting safety, service, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement methods to improve productivity within payroll and expense budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies that support production objectives through leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Promote employee development through effective communication, cross-training, and teamwork for problem solving.
• Monitor production, address challenges, and meet production goals.
• Establish and maintain KPIs to measure plant performance.
• Lead projects and kaizen events for continuous improvement of the value stream.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to respond to customer and market needs.
