Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast Europe GmbH & Co. KG in Virginia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the KBF site’s manufacturing, achieving budget targets and meeting customer requirements while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires a proven leader to develop and motivate a flexible team, drive continuous improvement, manage OEE, and align with KP’s strategic compass. Strong MS Office, SAP, and CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) and 10–12 years leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Coago and SalesForce.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall manufacturing responsibilities at the KBF site within budget and output targets.
• Ensure a safe, quality-focused and operationally driven site with KPI delivery.
• Develop, motivate and manage a flexible team and partner with HR for staffing and development.
• Drive HSSE, Quality, Productivity, OTIF and CI expectations.
• Implement continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing practices to reduce costs.
