Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to own end-to-end production execution, lead teams, allocate resources, and drive performance improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency. You will set priorities and resolve blockers to maintain smooth manufacturing.

You will monitor KPIs, collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams, and apply lean methods to reduce waste and improve throughput.
