• Champion a culture of safety by enforcing EHS protocols, conducting risk assessments, and managing LOTO procedures.
• Optimize production throughput by developing precise work schedules and effectively delegating tasks across the floor.
• Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high quality standards by collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine site-specific processes.
• Oversee inventory accuracy by supervising cycle counts and managing material flow within ERP/MRP systems.
• Mentor and develop staff through performance coaching, training programs, and structured career growth plans.
• Analyze daily operational reports to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Associate degree in Management, Operations, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with shop floor systems such as MES, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive team accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or AS9100 standards.
• Current OSHA 10-Hour or equivalent safety certification.
