Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in operational excellence or related fields.
• Lean manufacturing principles knowledge with Six Sigma or PM experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen to improve manufacturing performance.
• Identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities across line efficiency and throughput.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, build business cases, and track project results.
• Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to implement improvements.
• Support standardized work, audits, and sharing best practices across sites.
