You will supervise both hourly and salary staff, set clear expectations, and coach teams to achieve targets while ensuring safety, quality, and continuous training. A strong relationship-building mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in robotics-related manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-time completion of projects and implement process improvements.
• Communicate job expectations to hourly and salary staff; monitor results.
• Coach, counsel, and mediate with employees to maintain performance.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, equipment, and resources.
• Assign personnel, set priorities, monitor progress, and train staff.
• Ensure the safety of all employees and enforce PPE policies.
• Ensure compliance with established quality policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively about equipment and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
