Job summary

Dynamic Dies is hiring Production Manufacturing Associates to join our Pittsburgh, PA team. You will learn to create custom tooling for the corrugated packaging industry, operate equipment, measure, and inspect quality while solving problems. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts; 2nd/3rd shifts include a $1.00/hr differential. Overtime may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No previous experience required; paid hands-on training provided.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn to create custom steel rule tooling from drawings and specs.
• Operate equipment and measure to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect products and identify quality issues, working with team to fix them.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
