Job summary

Dynamic Dies is seeking a hands-on Production Manufacturing Associate for Pittsburgh. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift; 2nd/3rd shift include a $1.00/hour differential.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required as we teach you the specialized skills for custom steel rule tooling and printing plate work. You'll work with measuring tools, set up equipment, and perform quality checks while learning various stages of the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; paid, hands-on training provided.
• Willing and able to learn and perform hands-on manufacturing tasks.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and move throughout shift.
• Attention to measurements and details.

Responsibilities

• Create custom steel rule tooling from specifications and drawings.
• Produce printing plates with specialized equipment.
• Position and mount printing plates per customer requirements.
• Inspect products and verify dimensions with measuring tools.
• Identify quality issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
