Job summary

Dynamic Dies is seeking Production Manufacturing Associates for our Holland, Ohio team. No experience required; we provide paid training to learn how to create custom tooling for the corrugated packaging industry. You’ll engage in hands-on production, operate equipment, measure, inspect quality, and solve problems.

Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working with their hands, and are eager to learn the specialized skills needed for success. Overtime and shift work available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience needed; paid training provided.
• Reliable and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Create custom steel rule tooling from drawings and specs.
• Produce printing plates with specialized equipment.
• Position and mount plates per customer requirements.
• Finish and prepare plates for production.
• Create proofs and check for accuracy.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect products before moving to next stage.
• Identify quality issues and help fix problems.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
