Dynamic Dies in Middletown, OH is seeking a Production Manufacturing Associate to join our team. You'll learn to create custom tooling for the corrugated packaging industry through hands-on production, equipment operation, measuring, quality inspection, and problem-solving.

No prior experience required; paid, on-the-job training is provided. Openings are on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a $1.00/hr differential on 2nd and 3rd.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; paid on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and assemble custom tooling.
• Measure parts and ensure dimensions match specs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
