Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Operator Manufacturing I to operate and monitor production equipment, adjust settings to meet specifications, and complete tasks in a timely fashion. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent quality in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will work in a high-speed production area, must lift up to 25 lbs, and may work weekends or holidays to meet customer demand, with training and ongoing learning opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• Weekend work may be required to support demand.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities to start and prepare equipment.
• Operates and monitors equipment to ensure quality production.
• Communicates with team to maintain continuous production and minimize waste.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitations.
