Job summary

Watlow in Hannibal, MO is seeking an Operator 1 to contribute to all phases of the production process. You will work under direct supervision on standardized duties with established procedures, collaborating with teammates to deliver high-quality products.

The role emphasizes following work instructions, operating equipment, maintaining safety and cleanliness, meeting takt time, and accurately recording reports and production data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Established good attendance record at previous employment.
• Past manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Assure product meets all quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet production metrics (takt time).
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times.
