Watlow in Columbia, MO is hiring a Weekend 2nd Shift Operator to support high‑quality manufacturing in a fast‑paced environment. You will follow work instructions, operate equipment, ensure product quality, maintain a clean, safe workstation and report production metrics with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, work overtime, and be a cross‑functional team member.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED certificate or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Work history does not exceed more than two jobs in the past year

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions
• Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product
• Assure product meets all quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times
