Job summary

Häns Kissle in Dallas, NC, is seeking an Operator I (SE) to perform basic operation and maintenance within a 112,000 sq ft facility. You will be trained in plant operations and closely supervised as you gain technical experience in production.

This role suits individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and committed to safety and quality, with opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must wear PPE and work in a cold environment (32°F).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery.
• Assist in directing a team of General Help workers.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor safety protocols and quality control.
• Collaborate with production management to meet targets.
• Build technical experience to resolve production issues.
• Complete operator paperwork as assigned.
