Job summary

Häns Kissle is seeking a Maintenance Technician (SE) in Dallas, NC to repair, maintain, and install equipment used in production and packaging. You will ensure safe and efficient operation and support overall manufacturing performance.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, adherence to GMP/HACCP, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work shifts in a noisy, cold environment. Documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install equipment used in production and packaging of food products.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production and facilities equipment (boilers, mixers, ovens, conveyors, ammonia systems).
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, steam, ammonia, and control system components and troubleshoot effectively.
• Document maintenance activities and coordinate with production/engineering teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and participate in equipment upgrades as needed.
