Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; tech cert/assoc preferred.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience, tub line preferred.
• Strong knowledge of processes, quality systems and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tub seaming line equipment at advanced proficiency.
• Perform setup, changeovers, and calibrations to meet schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/process issues; coordinate with maintenance.
• Lead quality assurance to meet specifications and standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime.
• Train and mentor Levels 1-4 operators on procedures and safety.
• Review logs, batch records, and inspection reports for accuracy.
• Enforce safety policies and participate in safety audits.
