Siemens Energy, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Operator to support product flow across manufacturing processes.

You will operate manual equipment, furnaces, blasting stations, and material handling gear, while documenting production activity in computer systems. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year manufacturing experience; lifting up to 50 pounds; familiarity with hand tools and basic CNC concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, machining, or industrial environment.
• Experience operating hand tools, machine tools, or material handling equipment in a production setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds around industrial equipment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking; CNC controls experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machines, furnaces, blasting equipment, and test stations to support product flow.
• Perform machining and finishing tasks using hand tools and basic machine tools (mills, lathes).
• Move materials and components safely using forklifts, jib cranes, and other handling equipment.
• Load/unload components for furnace operations and perform blasting processes to remove coatings.
• Record dimensional inspection results and enter production data into computer systems.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while supporting continuous production.
