Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand complex work instructions.
• Basic computer, math, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Team oriented.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to meet production specifications.
• Record results of trials and ensure quality documentation is complete.
• Train Manufacturing Associates using passport program.
• Manage downtime and changeovers efficiently.
• Operate forklift and handle materials per work orders.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Complete production reports and calculations.
