The position requires operating and setting up manufacturing equipment, basic troubleshooting, and quality inspections in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with potential for contract-to-hire conversion and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Enter production data and follow work instructions using computer-based systems.
• Work with wire braiding, crimping, sparking, and reel machinery.
• Support team goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
